For registrations with prescriptions or where the referring doctor’s name is provided by the patient during the time of registration, KRM Group can share the patient’s reports with the referring doctor for clinical purposes. Applies to all the registrations done through website, at the centres or during home visits.
KRM Group may also disclose or transfer Your Personal Information/ SPDI to a third party as part of restructuring or sale of assets or any such process. You agree that the said third party will have the right to continue to use Your Personal Information/ SPDI or other information, in accordance with this Policy.
User Discretion
You can always choose not to provide information and in such cases, if the information required is classified as mandatory, You will not be able to avail of that part of the services, features or content. You can add or update Your Personal Information/SPDI on a regular basis. When You update information, KRM Group may keep a copy of the prior version for its records. You are responsible to ensure that correct data is uploaded and/or no overwriting of the records are done by replacing the name or any other medically relevant data point which has impact on medical data, your health trend charts etc. KRM Group may, if You so choose, send direct advertisement mailers to You at the address given by You.
